If this process doesn't work, perform a full uninstall of the Content Libraries through the Control Panel, and then perform a clean reinstall from the USB Media or downloaded Installer, only for the Content Library. 

In the case that the standard uninstall procedure fails, try to use Autodesk Uninstall Tool to remove it (this uninstall tool uses a slightly different uninstall process and may function properly even when the other uninstall option fails) 

If after this, the uninstall was not yet successfully achieved. proceed to manually uninstall it by opening a Windows command prompt, entering the following string and pressing ENTER: MsiExec.exe /x{941030D0-1500-0410-0000-818BB38A95FC} 

Once the original Revit 2015 Content Libraries are successfully uninstalled, launch the Revit 2015 installer again and it should allow Revit content to be installed again. When getting to this stage, make sure to have an active internet connection because some of the Revit content may need to be downloaded during the installation process. 

After installing the library apply the following steps: 

1. Make sure the content was installed in the right folder (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015) 
2. Look at the revit.ini file to include the path to the folder 



3. Open Revit>Options>File locations and set the correct path.
